How do I become a member and log in?

 

This is a membership website. To access the resources within this site, you have to be a member.

To become a member:

  1. Visit the Membership Information page for details of all the benefits you receive as an HOAleader.com member.
  2. Fill out the online membership form you find there.
  3. Log in. You must be a registered member before logging in. Clicking "Member Area" in the gray navigation bar that runs along the top of each page will automatically take you to the Login Screen. You will be prompted for your username and password.

Important: "Cookies" must be enabled in your browser before logging in.

 


 

How do I renew my HOAleader.com membership?

 

If you have been a member in the past and you need to renew or reactivate your HOAleader.com membership account, use this form.

 


 

How do I advertise on HOAleader.com?

 

Click here to view information about an HOA Vendor Membership and display advertising options.

 


 

How do I switch from a monthly plan to an annual membership plan?

 

If you are already a member on a monthly plan and wish to switch to an annual plan, use our membership renewal form. Select the annual plan. Your one-year term will be added to the end of any time you have remaining on your monthly membership. Your membership will renew each year until you cancel.

 


 

How do I recover my lost username or password?

 

Use the lost password retrieval feature on the login page. This will send your username and password to the e-mail address on your account. If your e-mail address has changed, contact us for assistance.

 


 

How do I change my user information?

 

You can change your user info using the Account Details Form here. (You will have to log in.)

 


 

How do I cancel my account?

 

You can cancel your account via the Account Details Form here. (You will have to log in.)

Alternately, you can request that your account be cancelled by any method listed on the Contact Us page (including email message, phone, fax, or mail).
