Tanya Fairclough-James, a senior associate in WNCW's Community Association practice,has extensive experience working with condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations. Her practice includes representing condominium and homeowners associations as general counsel and litigator throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta and North Georgia areas as well as practicing general real estate law. Prior to joining the firm, Tanya practiced general litigation with the Legal Services of New York and subsequently worked as an Assistant Attorney-General in the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office.

Tanya teaches continuing education courses to Georgia's community association managers and various community associations' Boards of Directors. She is actively involved with the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, and has served on the Membership Committee of this organization since January 2006. In addition, she contributes articles on topics relevant to the community association industry for the Community Advisor, the official WNCW community association publication.
